You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueridge and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or the services provided by Blueridge.
